Enjoy Prime Video - Android TV Without a Subscription
If you own an Android TV device, you can now enjoy Prime Video on it without a subscription. The Prime Video app is available in the Android TV Play Store. Once you've downloaded the app, you can launch it from the home screen. This new feature is not available on all Android TV devices.
First, make sure you have the latest version of the Prime Video app on your device. Often, bugs can prevent a Prime Video app from functioning properly. Hence, it is a good practice to update apps as soon as they are available. To do this, you can launch the Play Store, select the profile icon in the top-right corner, and then tap Manage Apps & Games. Then, look for updates for Prime Video.
Another great feature is the access to HBO movies and shows, which are not available on Netflix. You can view episodes of The Sopranos, The Wire, and Deadwood in the Prime Video app. The service also offers a huge library of movies. It has over 10,000 titles, almost three times more than Netflix. Plus, it changes its catalog every month. Furthermore, the app also features several original films.
Once you have downloaded the app, sign in using your Google account or email to access Prime Video. You can also search for Amazon Music and Amazon Prime Video in the Play Store.
